Joerg Schmitz

Managing Partner
Joerg is a practicing anthropologist, thought leader, and entrepreneur with over 20 years experience as advisor, facilitator, and coach. He is an experienced consultant and held leadership positions with a variety of firms, leading key client accounts as well as research and innovation functions. He has served a wide variety of clients across industries and geographies designing and implemented innovative performance solutions focused on leadership development, global talent management, cultural integration and alignment, culture change, and client relationship 

Joerg frequently delivers keynote speeches and executive workshops around the world. He has led the development of the Cultural Orientations Indicator™, the Cultural Navigator®, and (co-) authored a number of key publications, including Doing Business Internationally (2002), The Cultural Orientations Guide (2001-7), and the Guide for Inclusive Leaders (2007). Joerg is a native of Mönchengladbach, Germany.

Malini Janakiraman
Associate Partner

Malini ia an executive with over 25 years of global, corporate experience in both Finance and global talent management. Her expertise includes Leadership Assessments, Diversity and Culture, Change Management, Managerial Skills, Personal Effectiveness, Team Building, Performance Management, HR and Finance as Strategic Business Partners. She serves as an executive coach at all levels of the organization with an ability to see patterns in assessments and bridge cultural gaps.  Malini is a native of Bangalore, India. 

Kenneth Price

Associate Partner

Ken is a cultural anthropologist and ethnographer with more than a decade of experience working in corporate and institutional settings. He has extensive experience in implementing strategic organizational culture initiatives through executive coaching and facilitation. Ken specializes in applying ethnographic research and anthropological perspectives to post-merger integration, joint-venture partnering, off-shoring, high-performance teaming, and global diversity and inclusive leadership. He has lived and worked in India, the Phillipines, France and the United States.

Ken developed ImpACT Coaching, a unique individual and group coaching method, which is a strategic pillar in transformational projects of organizational culture and leadership development. He is founder and principal of KL Price Associates. Ken is a native of California, USA.

Cheryl Williams

Associate Partner

Cheryl is a corporate anthropologist, ethnographer and intercultural communications specialist. She has extensive experience in global organizational development and human resources management with a variety of global media and communications companies. Cheryl specializes in ethnographic research, and the design and development of transformational learning initiative. Her specific expertise includes intercultural effectiveness, generational and ethnic diversity, as well as management and leadership development. She has worked in over 35 countries with specific interest in Africa, the Caribbean and South America.

Cheryl also serves as a Vice President for International and Cultural Relations at Concordia University in Irvine, California and is a founding partner of ForAfrica, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of those living in rural Africa and all parts of the African Diaspora.
