Ken is a cultural anthropologist and ethnographer with more than a decade of experience working in corporate and institutional settings. He has extensive experience in implementing strategic organizational culture initiatives through executive coaching and facilitation. Ken specializes in applying ethnographic research and anthropological perspectives to post-merger integration, joint-venture partnering, off-shoring, high-performance teaming, and global diversity and inclusive leadership. He has lived and worked in India, the Phillipines, France and the United States.
Ken developed ImpACT Coaching™, a unique individual and group coaching method, which is a strategic pillar in transformational projects of organizational culture and leadership development. He is founder and principal of KL Price Associates. Ken is a native of California, USA.

Cheryl is a corporate anthropologist,
ethnographer and intercultural communications specialist. She has extensive
experience in global organizational development and human resources management
with a variety of global media and communications companies. Cheryl specializes
in ethnographic research, and the design and development of transformational
learning initiative. Her specific expertise includes intercultural
effectiveness, generational and ethnic diversity, as well as management and
leadership development. She has worked in over 35 countries with specific
interest in Africa, the Caribbean and South America.
Cheryl also serves as a Vice President for International and Cultural Relations at Concordia University in Irvine, California and is a founding partner of ForAfrica, a non-profit organization dedicated to enhancing the lives of those living in rural Africa and all parts of the African Diaspora.
